We are proud that our apartments are pet-friendly! Your furry companion will love our open spaces, a great place to meet neighbors and let your pooch play!

Elevate Apartments has a pool, BBQ area, and laundry facility. 

The pool and decks are open daily from 8 AM-10 PM.

Every one-bedroom apartment has one dedicated parking space. 
The two-bedroom apartments have two spaces. 

2 pets per unit only; Weight limit 25 lb-
Dog deposit of $500 and a Monthly pet rent $50
Cat deposit of $250 and a Monthly pet rent $25

Administrative

Yes, please contact us to learn more. 

An appointment is required to make ensure we give the best experience during your visit.

Our office hours are from Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM.

Please apply for an apartment online via our Elevate website. 

Approvals take up to 3 days or 72 hours as long as all documents are received.

Upfront costs depend on a few factors like move-in date and calculated deposit amount. Please contact us for more details. 

You may pay rent online or via WIPS.

The convenience of our easy-to-use resident portal allows residents to pay rent, submit service requests, reserve amenities and more.

Yes, renters insurance is required. 

The only utility covered in the monthly rent is Gas. 

Spectrum is our provider of choice. 

Yes, we do offer a referral bonus.  Renting at Elevate Apartment has rewards, like earning cash just to spread the word to your friends and family. Plus, you get the added benefit of picking your neighbors!

Resident acknowledges and agrees guest(s) remaining for more than seven (7) days shall be considered additional occupants and a
material breach of the lease agreement. All Residents are responsible for their visitors or guests. Guest(s) are to use the Phone Gate (if
present) to access the Premises. Guest(s) are not to climb the fence or the wall. 

No,  you are not permitted to sublet your apartment. 

No, a rent reduction is not offered for longer lease terms.

Two months of rent plus a 30-day notice is required. 

Applicants must submit proof of income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. 

Maintenance

We will completely paint, thoroughly clean, deep clean the carpet and replace it if needed. Inspect your appliances, plumbing, windows, and doors. We will conduct 5-star inspections from 4 associates to ensure the apartment is in Rent Ready condition.

Yes, we have one maintenance technician.

You can call us, log into the Resident Portal and send a work order or text us through the website. We have an emergency line after hours for true emergencies.

No, we will complete Service Requests with permission to enter.

During business hours, you can call, and we will give you a copy of the key. You will be required to present your ID. After business hours, you must call a locksmith at your own expense. 

Location

Elevate Apartments is near Tri-City Park, The Bruery, and The Bradford House.  

Elevate is located within the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District.

Olive Hills Dog Park is 4.7 miles away.

Anaheim Coves is 3.3 miles away. It is a 26 acre park that has a 2.5 mile bike or pedestrian trail. 

Granada Square, Fullerton Crossings, Stater Brothers Market, Sam's Club and CVS are all close. 

ELEVATE is within 5 minutes or 2.6 miles from Hope International University. It is also near Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College.

ELEVATE is 14.3 miles from Los Alamitos Army Airfield, and is convenient to other military bases, including
Tustin Marine Corps Air Station.
